Conversion of an existing heritage church into a commercial office space
The proposed alteration and additions consist of a new lower ground floor slab for revised floor level, the demolition of existing walls for new windows and openings throughout the presbytery building and a new external glass lift with access walkway.
There are new structural steel and glazing cantilevered awnings, a new link way bridge with roof to existing church; and a new ground floor level suspended office linking the presbytery kitchen and the church toilets corridor connection.
